How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on location. RazChan ships from Canada, where shipping costs are incredibly high. In the initial invoice, the quoted costs will be provided. Please inquire with any questions/concerns.
What are your shipping methods?
RazChan ships through Canada Post. Shipping will be via ground mail. Delivery confirmation or tracking numbers are not provided unless inquired and will cost extra. RazChan is not responsible for any lost/damaged parcels.
How often do you ship?
RazChan is managed between my daily school and work schedule. Shipping of your item will usually be within a week of payment unless stated/communicated for special reasons.
What is the condition of your items?
The condition of the items vary. RazChan has new and used clothing items. Used items have generally been used 1-2 times; RazChan will never list any used items that are unfit to be worn or in bad condition. Pictures will be provided of the actual garment/item.
What type of payment do you accept?
RazChan accepts payments through PAYPAL. Please send a message with the items you are interested in as well as your paypal address. RazChan will then send an invoice. Payment must be made BEFORE items are sent, and items will generally be sent within 7 days after payment is received.
